Terms & Conditions

These terms explain enrolment, payment, attendance and participation in SHIMORA Public Speaking classes.

1. About our classes

SHIMORA Public Speaking provides communication and public-speaking coaching for children, teenagers and working professionals. Classes are conducted online unless a different arrangement is agreed directly with the learner or parent/guardian.

2. Enrolment and schedules

Before paying, please review the selected plan, price and availability. After a successful payment, SHIMORA will normally contact you within two business days using the details provided during payment to confirm the learner's schedule and joining information. Class dates and times are agreed according to availability.

The ₹2,000 Starter plan is a basic plan with 2–3 sessions per week. Other plans include the duration or session information displayed on the pricing section of the website.

3. Fees and payments

Fees are displayed in Indian rupees. Payments may be made through the Razorpay buttons or the direct UPI option shown on our website. Razorpay payment buttons take a single payment and do not create an automatic recurring charge. Please check the plan and amount before paying and retain the payment reference.

4. Cancellations, refunds and rescheduling

Successful payments are generally non-refundable. Genuine mistaken payments, such as a duplicate payment or payment for the wrong plan, may be reviewed under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

A learner should give at least 24 hours' notice to request rescheduling. Rescheduling depends on instructor and batch availability. A missed class or late cancellation is normally treated as used. If SHIMORA cancels a session, we will offer a replacement session. If SHIMORA cannot deliver the remaining confirmed programme, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund the undelivered portion.

5. Learners under 18

A parent or legal guardian must enrol a learner under 18 and provide the necessary consent for participation and communications. A parent or guardian should supervise the learner's use of online services as appropriate.

6. Participation and materials

Learners must treat instructors and other participants respectfully and avoid disrupting classes. Course materials are for the enrolled learner's personal use and must not be copied, sold or publicly shared without permission. Classes will not be recorded by SHIMORA without appropriate notice and consent. Learning outcomes vary by learner; SHIMORA does not guarantee a specific academic, employment or speaking result.

7. Contact and changes

Questions can be sent through our Contact Us page. We may update these terms when our services change. The effective date will be displayed above. Changes do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
